For a limited time only, Ironman360.com will provide a **FLAT RATE** Shipping charge of $6.95 for all U.S Domestic Orders and a **FLAT RATE** shipping charge of $24.95 for all orders to Alaska, Hawaii and all International Orders regardless of the weight, size of shipment or products being shipped!!!!

Ironman360 will ship either via UPS or USPS on the next business day for in stock items for orders received by 7PM EST. Orders received after 7PM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Ironman360.com reserves the right to utilize multiple shipments when necessary as well as for out of stock items. Shipments will not be made to Post Office Box addresses.

Ironman360 uses shipping calculations as per the published UPS and/or USPS rate sheets. Typical oversized items such as wheels, bikes, frames and bike cases will be shipped as required by our carrier.
An order confirmation email including a tracking number for your shipment will be sent via email after each order has been submitted. Orders over $1,000.00 US, international orders and orders that have ship to addresses that differ from their bill to addresses require additional verification and are subject to rejection.
To receive your tracking number, please ensure that your email address on your account is correct and that you open up your spam filter to emails from UPS and USPS. The confirmation email signifies that your order has been received and is being processed subject to certain restrictions. Ironman360.com reserves the right to reject any order suspected of credit card fraud.
Note: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. The day an order is processed does not count as a shipping day. UPS and USPS do not deliver on Saturdays under our standard options. Please contact us or phone us toll free at 877-822-4769 (10am-7pm EST M-Fri) if you would like to request special delivery options.
To prevent fraud, customers who are shipping to an address other than their billing address will be requested to authorize the secondary address with their credit card provider. Signatures may be required for certain deliveries.
Ironman360 may offer free ground shipping on specific items as a promotion. These free shipping promotions are exclusive of coupons and other site promotions and apply to shipping within the United States only. Orders receiving the free shipping promotion will ship when all items in the order are available to be shipped. Specific restrictions may apply. Free shipping currently applies to all orders of $100 or more shipped within the United States. Some exceptions may apply.
In addition to our normal policies, orders from outside of the United States have the following additional terms:
- Ironman360 reserves the right to not ship into certain countries that are closely associated with credit card fraud and countries we are prohibited from shipping to.
- The customer is responsible for paying all customs, brokerage fees, import fees, and/or taxes associated with receiving the order.
- If for any reason items are returned to Ironman360.com, the customer is responsible for all fees, taxes, and shipping charges associated with the return.
- Additional credit card verification may be needed to accept international orders.
- Payment may also be made via a wire transfer in U.S. Dollars.
- Contact us or phone us toll free at 877-822-4769 (10am-7pm EST M-Fri) to verify wire transfer instructions and to confirm delivery options.
- Once an order has been accepted you will receive an order confirmation email including a tracking number for your shipment which will confirm the final shipping costs and order total.
- Orders will be shipped when payment in full has been received.
