I just bought this shoe a few weeks ago and used it to train intervals and for my most recent race. They are fast, comfortable, slip on in a second and have the best support of any triathlon shoe that I have ever used. The heel is stable, the toe box is snug and the zip lace system gets you out of transition and onto the run quickly. Sockless all the way!!!
